Hi my name is Patrick Bertholf and this is my home repair business. I have the truck, the tools, the experience, and the motivation to get your projects done. I want to be your “one person to call” contractor to flip that house for you. I will walk through your house carefully; and take notes, and digital pictures of exactly how you want your job done. I do most of the work myself and I have contacts for those detailed fields that I don’t do. I understand how to operate within your budget.
